Total Video Products was awarded the installation of Rutgers Camden Law School new law building. This building comprised of three state of the art smart classrooms, seminar rooms, interview rooms and a high tech Moot Court Room. Each smart classroom is equipped with a high definition front projection screen and remote overhead document camera, giving the professor the ability to view multiple sources as well as annotate over any of the sources selected via a 15” Crestron touch panel. Each room is equipped with three video cameras with the ability to record or webcast the classrooms. The cameras are remote triggered by the 32 table mounted microphones giving the professor hands free operation while the cameras always record the person speaking. The smaller seminar rooms are equipped with front projection screens and ceiling mounted microphones to capture the seminar. Both the smart classrooms and the seminar rooms have the ability to both send and receive content from Rutgers Moot Court Room. This mock up courtroom gives students the ability to display and view evidence like never before. The evidence lectern is outfitted with a 15” touch screen monitor for annotation over any computer or video signal. The student has the ability of displaying their case on the giant front projection screen as well as sending it to the 10, 15” monitors located in front of the judge, jury, witness and attorneys. The witness station is also equipped with a 15” touch screen monitor for annotating on the evidence presented to them. An additional Crestron touch panel was installed at the judge bench giving the judge over control of the courtroom. This state of the art moot courtroom with it’s ability to present evidence like never before was so well received that the Supreme Court of New Jersey is looking to utilize this space.
